GRANDE, TITAN, WARRIOR, KING TOP 2, XCEL, IRIS TOP, VIVID, MARVEL, JAZZ and QUEEN STAND

U Model, R Model, K Model, C Model, C+ Model and D Model
 

Terms & Conditions:

1. The CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN is offered to existing CUCKOO Water Purifier/or CUCKOO Air Purifier customers who :
-have purchased outright with no outstanding payment; or
-have completed their rental contract with no outstanding payments.

2. The CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN is where customer can trade their existing product with a product of the same category (Water Purifier with Water Purifier/Air Purifier with Air Purifier).

3. Under the CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN, the customer is bound by three (3) years minimum rental contract obligation with the flexibility to extend for another two (2) years.

4. Any CUCKOO+ Care Service package, loyalty subscription plan and/or any other package/plan subscribed by the customer in the existing rental contract shall not be brought over to the CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN and there will be no refund.

5. Under the CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN, customers are required to return the existing product, including all its accessories and components, at the time of installation of the upgraded product. 

6. The above terms and conditions apply to the CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN and we reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time.
